Quem não teve a oportunidade de conferir os shows que Roger Waters, guitarrista e fundador do Pink Floyd, fez no Brasil em março passou por São Paulo, Rio e Porto Alegre pode ter uma idéia de como foram os concertos através deste DVD. Gravado ao vivo entre 1999 e 2000 em várias cidades norte-americanas, traz na íntegra o espetáculo que Waters apresentou aqui. O músico interpreta temas de álbuns clássicos do grupo, como Dark Side Of The Moon e The Wall, e também canções dos discos The Final Cut, Animals e Wish You Were Here. Há, ainda, músicas extraídas dos discos solo de Waters. No total, ele mostra 24 canções, entre eles "Another Brick In The Wall", "Money", "Wish You Were Here", "Time", "Confortably Numb" e a então inédita "Each Small Candle".
